Just for fun was going through Wayback Machine and found stats for the bitcointalk forum from Oct 2012, I wanted to compare what is changed in those 10 years from 2012 vs 2022
General Statistics
Very interesting to see Members, Posts and Pages View are almost all increased at the same rate by ~50x
Here most interesting is number is Total Boards, how it's increased from 89 to 258 boards today
I guess there's something wrong with Male to Female Ratio in 2022 as it says 1: 27998 i mean how?
Top 10 Posters
Non2 of the top 10 posters from 2012 are here in 2022, I wonder if they got rich and left bitcointalk or may be dead?
Worth noting some user were active until recently
- kiba was last active as recently as March 03, 2022
- Phinnaeus Gage, MoonShadow and rjk were last active in 2020
- Chaang Noi (Goat) ช้างน้อย => El Cabron a VIP member (Changed his username I guess), but I don't see his name in the donations list, How did he get the VIP position? Or maybe he asked to be anonymous?
