-You send me email to verify my account based on rules 10.3 on datum 29.3.2022.
-I sent all required documents (ID, selfie,etc.) same day.
-You told me that you will solve my problem without 14 days.
-NOW is 3.8.2022 and my account+money is still "waiting"
