Ledger is the worst, wouldn't trust their secure element, or their data security
I know they had some breach awhile back. I myself have never had an issue.
I don't think anyone on this thread trusts anything or anyone to do anything beyond making one a ham sandwich.
Kind of goes with the bitcoin community mentality territory.
Not that that's a bad thing. Meh privacy, meh security etc...
I think it just may have a tendency to impede on like 90 percent of the conveniences of one's life in 2022.
But that's just me...you do you.
Now excuse me while I go to Amazon to get some knick knacks delivered to my front door. because I hate driving.
They know where I live and have my cc number....Oh noes...
Amazon knowing you address is something different than having your email & address leaked on the web accessible for everyone.
And afaik, because of the secure element, Ledger is not fully open source. So leaving your funds "on" a Ledger is a bit like trusting an exchange...
