Let us move on from this issue  .  We all know OP failed to go with his intention to quit until 2023.  It is his right besides, we aren't affected of his action of not doing his planned quitting after all.  Besides, it doesn't need 24 hours to eat his word of not playing until 2023.  

Anyway, @OP congratulation on your win.  I bet you really had a good time out there winning a huge amount. I wonder why people are too aggressive on OP's post.  Honestly, you don't need to take the post seriously besides it is up to him whether he is lying or not.  We don't gain any benefit from it if we have proven that he is lying.  Just get on with the conversation and have fun imagining things he said.  Oh and don't be envious of his activities, one day or another, he might be telling us a different story.  We know gambling luck isn't permanent but let us just enjoy it while it lasts.
