Sorry to hear about that bro. But I think FTX would still be in operation, but on a low key level. The thing is Sam has filed for a chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, and although he has stepped down as CEO, he has been succeeded by John Ray lll.
I think this action taken by him is a means for FTX Group to assess the situation and also maximize recoveries for stakeholders and investors alike.
