It also means that the sham eligibility system would remain in place, under which entire playing XI for "national" teams will be created 100% from foreign players. That will push the smaller nations to the fringe even more.
No matter who got elected the policies won't change much. The smaller nations will always get ignored while the rich board will do everything to make them more rich.
