You simply can't. I don't know whom you are referring here, I know at least one of such kind who uses the trust system in wrong way but still a DT1 member. Well, if they don't change their habits, they will get off DT in the long. I believe people are more educated on Trust System now than we had last year or prior. This will increase eventually and those who don't use the system perfectly will no longer be in DT member I think. But as I said, it will take time.
