In short you should know that this won't happen overnight because bitcoin is not a "get rich quick" scheme!That's right, bitcoin is a "get poor slow" scheme!
Your houses, your choice,
but you could also just rent out the houses, and use the profit to speculate,
that way if btc drops to $100 , you did not lose your entire investment, just a year or so of rental income.
