I agree with you. Members should avoid recommending casinos which have bad reputation if they don't want to be held responsible in case the OP get scammed or anything goes wrong because of their poor recommendation.
OP also should make his own research before deciding to play on one of the casino's that have been mentioned here. Checking the official representatives trust page or taking a look at the scam accusation board should be enough.
