We can't ignore Harry Kane from England either for the chance to score the top goalscorer at this World Cup.

Ronaldo, Messi, Mbappe, Neymar, Benzema, Lewandowski, Eden Hazard we can name players who will be included in the line-up by the coach, but names like Christopher Nkunku (France), Lautaro Martinez (Argentina), Youssoufa Moukoko (Germany), Ansu Fati (Spain) should not be ignored in the list of potential top scorers if given the opportunity by their coach.
Harry Kane has found his rhythm again this season that 12 goals was belongs to him at premier league from 15 matches this indicated there is good opportunities to Kane will continue his achievement because he is England captain and always be playing regular and as top scores status on world cup 2018 he will counted as one of the players who scoring more goals for England for the current world cup and actually if we talking about England they are is not in the good shape because on Nation League this team has been relegated and from this tournament Southgate have to proven he can improved England performance moreover England at group B with Iran, United States and Wales which is on the paper England as the strong candidate qualified to the next round
Good stats in the Premier League albeit a little late. At the 2018 World Cup, Harry Kane recorded 6 goals from 6 matches. That's why I say that the Tottenham Hotspur striker should not be overlooked in the list of potential top scorers among great players from other national teams.
If 2018 Harry Kane can score 6 goals from 6 games, we can imagine that Kane who is now 29 years old will be able to score more than that amount in Qatar. Of course if England can go further in the WC tournament

I have none hopes for England in this World Cup. Did you have a look on their last official games before WC ? England is looking in bad shape for this tournament but they could reach quarters finals if they have a bit of luck. I'm saying from now that whoever will win the WC , will not be from Europe 100%. This is my bet for this WC and I also believe that France will have a very bad tournament as well just because whoever won WC in the last times , they didn't make it out of groups in the next one ...so I hope the curse is still there for the winner haha.

I think they will be able to pass the group and from there on let's see what happens. The fact that they did not do that well in the Nations League is not a big concern for me as many big teams do not give their 100% of their abilities in such a competition.

The motivation in an event such as the World Cup is surely higher for any team including England and I hope they go as far as possible.
Harry Kane will undoubtedly score, and he may even score four or five goals. However, I don't think the England team will get past the group stage. The coach is overflowing with emotion, and I don't think Southgate can take England anywhere in the Qatar World Cup. Some of their top players weren't included in the roster. They won't get past the group stage, in my opinion. France will also face some challenges because there are so many injured players. My favorite team for the world cup is still Portugal. Portugal and Argentina, in my opinion, will perform better than England and France throughout 2018 World Cup.
