It's seems that you and the other guys @aew is not reading the latest update of Owl representative carefully before posting an attack or doubt here. You should hold your horses and wait for the Owl official decision regarding this matter.
The case of the guy is not yet closed and still under investigation since they are verifying carefully all the bet logs of the account involved. The account is new and obviously display a rare winning luck so I understand Owl stand here but they should be transparent all the time like what they are doing rn.
