Since most of you guys who post here are gamblers, may I ask you: how many of you take screenshots of their deposits on casinos?? OP did?
Speaking generally i never took screenshot of my deposit in the gambling casino. Also why should be take screenshot when everything is visible in the deposit history. Still if you do not trust the gambling site and think they can manipulate with the deposits, the blockchain data will reveal everything.
Also, these days it is very easy to manipulate and tamper / edit the screenshot to produce a fake one, so i think that transactions on the blockchain are the safest way to provide the proof of deposits.
I have doubts here, I don't know what to do now, when we enter a casino it is better to take a screenshot just in case, that is not a bad thing, it is a very good security measure, and it could be taken as infallible to withstand any claim, it is difficult because sometimes the blockchain should be enough, but in this case I like that option, also when making withdrawals one should take a screenshot pro if they reject it, it is always good to do something like that to be able to have more security, although I think one thing, when they are going to scam you they do it so you have all the screenshots from when you registered on the site.
looking at this year and the scam cases we can see that it is better that we take a screen shot of the account balance whenever we deposit, win and withdraw, at least if the casino blocks the account the person will have proof to show, these scam cases are teaching us that from now on we need to do this. when the person doesn't do it and they post a scam accusation and everyone asks where the proof is and the person says they can't post proof because they had their account blocked and they didn't screen shot early so people don't believe you, everyone thinks they're doing it to lie.
Do you mean a casino with 12000total visitors a month
and alexa rank of 2m+ have been through a lot ?
A casino as small as this ofcourse will
Shake heads before paying 85000usdt .
You don't need me to post to you the other posts where they accused of scam right ? Hopefully you kow how to use google.
You talked about evidence so where is the evidence the player done anything wrong or evidece that bgaming have bugs ?
Do you even think before you post ?
Seems he didn't checked the recent news about owl.games, where they suspense the account just won $85,000. Recent update from owl.games is just removing all Bgaming gamea from their site, which still questionable, how could they didn't get in contact with their game developer until now? Not trying to defend anyone, but it's just took very long time to solve this problem
they still haven't solved the problem and from what I see it will take much longer to solve the problem, something very sad if you ask me, because when it's this type of case the casino needs to guarantee that it can solve the problem as quickly as possible, in this case I I think it shouldn't take too long because the OP wins seem strange to me so the provider wouldn't have too much trouble seeing this issue, but strangely it's taking a long time to resolve
