I see a lot of recent discussion about why wagers aren't happening anymore and I do agree it's mainly because of new requirements and of lowered bonus amounts, etc.
But I stick to my past words as an old player at many different casinos, including here
It's mainly because of the lack of transparency and communication. Don't take it the wrong way, I still love you guys, but you CAN change the rules, you CAN change things, but you have to inform everyone properly and clearly.
When people are confused about wagering requirements, when people have to find things out by hearing what admin said in chat, when people have to guess what happened to bonuses or rewards, or whatever even, when people are coming to this thread and now sure what's going on, then those are things to fix firstly and foremost.
I really wish you guys well, I logged in and saw the new site, but it's still lacking in a proper explanation on the front page of how things work. I would also highly recommend you update the Investment option to clarify a lot of things. It says it will not be part of casino pool, so it is totally "protected from any kind of danger". How is that possible? In all my years, there is no such thing as risk free

Coin_trader was right. The wagering requirements of x20, or is it x40, the amount of the bonus is indeed VERY hard for small players like me, and what's the point of winning a big bonus from free spins in Dig Dig Digger if we cannot reach the wagering requirements?
I have a bonus of 1.79 mBTC that I may never clear. That bonus would have been mine before the changes. Can the admins give that away to the active users of the chat box?
This is what I'm trying to point out before because it's very hard for a normal user to extend the bank roll just to clear the minimal bonus. I believe you can still clear it little by little by playing casually blackjack since it's the lowest house edge you can get if you play it by the book without any unnecessary decision making. It might take you months if you will play slow and safely but atleast you can still get your bonus overtime. Just think of it like a rakeback or some sort of cashback on your bets.
There still a chance that you can still receive it once they revert back the bonus system since you get it before the bonus was implemented. Try to use the new live support to raise your request.
When I disagreed with you, I actually thought that I wouldn't be encouraged, nor discouraged by the bonus' wagering requirement. But knowing the fact that the bonus is there waiting for me, I tried to play more than my usual time and lost more than my allocated daily budget, and it was more than the bonus. I lost in Craps, then I frustratingly played Dig Dig Digger auto-bets, then left the computer.
It's probably better for me to have the bonus removed, and I have absolutely no bonus than have something waiting that will never be yours. I'll probably play again next week. Hahaha.
