Mining coins on mobile phones never work, also this is not what adds value to a crypto project, the last good project I knew of that used mobile mining was Electronuem and the team confessed that the mining strategy is more like cloud mining, so there for it's not real mining.

Crypto mining on phones is never going to be something that brings hype in the future unless a cryptography algorithm is built specifically for phones, at this point this is still impossible.

Look into Metaverse and Play 2 earn projects, I believe these are the next crypto hype in a few years more.

It's because all you know are Proof of Work and Proof of Stake.. And these all takes away resources and of course, mobile mining won't work for these protocols. You study other protocols such one of Proof of Transaction TAUcoin is using then start criticizing mobile mining. Other projects such as Electroneum and Pi and others obviously only copies code from bitcoin and ethereum and the likes so mining on  mobile phones wont work. TAU seems unique in their approach since they also tried IPFS in mobile mining and although it seemed to work on the beginning, even IPFS consumes resources.

Even with all their work, "mobile mining" seems impossible since all we are familiar with are  bitcoin and eth codes.
Remember, internet was once an "impossible thing". TV was once an impossible thing. Computer was once an impossible thing. Bitcoin was once an impossible thing.
Who knows when mobile mining will become a thing. Especially one that gives control to the community and not to a central authority.
