I feel like they are right that design is the only thing that is left. The tangible and non-tangible things are different when it comes to running a casino. Imagine it this way, if a casino is 100% trustworthy and you know that they won't scam anyone ever again, then that’s not something you can use daily, it is a good feeling and good information but you don't use it normally, whereas where the "roll" button on a dice is a very tangible and thing you use every day.

The non-tangibles here are off the charts, it’s one of the best, from promotions to their staff support, and everything else, it’s amazing, it’s time for the tangible stuff to catch up to awesomeness of the non-tangible stuff.
