Basically you gamble only when bored so most provably this addiction will not gonna happen if you have a life outside and it will just occur if you are staying at home facing your computer for long hours so to avoid this its really better to anyone to shutdown all things which can give you an access to your computer and never install any casino app on your phone so that you will not get tempted to play wherever you are.
Thats true. There is absolutely no reason why we should be gambling as an addiction, or something we cannot stop. I have a backlog of tv shows I haven't watched in a while, and I am going to watch them when I have some freetime, these days I am working really hard and also my wife has been sick and when she recovered I got sick, so it has been a terrible period for me, but when I feel better, and the work is normal again, I will watch the shows, and then maybe I will keep on gambling again.
People who gamble like it is a "must" or people who are just purely addicted and cannot just go about a week or two without gambling like it's normal, need help.
