As per they latest response, the team is already working with your problem but I don't know why it took them so long to response.

Anyway, I also have concern with @YASBET especially on their last campaign which I didn't get any payment even if you comply with the requirements and follow the rules. Tried to contact the previous manager and @YASBET but still no response.
