Faced a weird issue today which I have never encountered before, atleast with freebitco.in.
I got the free WoF spin in my email and when I clicked the captcha it just kept on loading.
It nevere loaded the captcha at all. Has anyone else faced this today ?

Previously someone had complained of the same problem as you, either because of the captcha from hcaptcha or from your browser history, but I think you need to delete all your browser cache and history if needed, but if that doesn't work you might be able to use a private browser to claim it , I still haven't found out what the real problem is, hopefully the team from freebitcoin will see this too

It could also be due to the internet connection but what you have suggested can be tried and hopefully it can solve the problem and as long as the WoF from the email is not more than 48 hours then it can still be claimed, so don't need to worry about WoF

I don't have a problem with the WOF claim maybe for those who experience it because of slow internet the captcha doesn't work well, but I dunno waiting for the freebitcoin team to also look at that, maybe they can give another suggestion, hopefully users don't experience this kind of problem more on freebitcoin

It was asking for so many personal information. I used dummy information except email. I hope you will value the forum users privacy if some of us win something.

i think in the end maybe the winner need to complete KYC to claim the prize and provide the documents, maybe it's done to prevent multi account users
