Even I can understand the frustration on his side. You allow only to withdraw his initial deposit and unfreeze his account while his asset is stuck in there. Obviously his money is just trap without the game he is comfortable to win. 

I’m disappointed on the guy because he just lose all his money after all the persistent attack on this post. Why attempt to withdraw all at one try instead of doing a initial withdraw. Is they instructed you to withdraw only 2k?
