Red is the worst colors to use on public forum like this for a long read like this, the colors are there to highlight words or sentences with, not to be used in the whole thread, before I could finish reading, my eyes were already tearing up,  , so army man, you are under arrest for color abuse...  .
Anyways, I didn't quite understand what the op is saying, but like BitcoinGirl said, I suggest same, and that is to hire telegram developers since you already have the money.
