I really don't understand what OP is trying to achieved here.
And OP, can you stick to the default font color? This forum isn't like the other forums. Aside from that, I don't see how will someone contact you with that work description. Say what you want but for me this offer is just a crap and not worth to discuss.
More clear details is necessary.
At least to me for what I can understand it seems the OP wants someone to help him cheat by allowing him to know in advance the outcome of dice stickers on telegram, and he is willing to pay for it and he is even willing to pay the person which is willing to introduce him the person that could do something like this.
So I think it is better that people stay away from an offer like this as it seems like something which could not only violate the TOS of telegram but it could even be an illegal activity.
