2. How about a distribution scheme like this for the 5 %: Everyone intrested gets 1/1000th of the coins. So if there are 50,000,000 coins to giveaway, then the first person gets 50,000. 49,950,000 left --> second person receives 49,950 and so on...

This way the pool gets never completely emptied!
