For the fact that we already have several casinos that have gone ahead with the creation of their ecosystem and even their blockchain with the native token to be used as a utility token of the casino, this token is fast and some do not require fees to send them from their host wallets.
Having varieties of altcoins as payment methods helped the stress of waiting and less fees because most of the altcoins give low to zero transaction fees and free networks that process payment within a second.

Casino tokens and meme coins are two different things... I am not sure what you wanted to say with your comment.

Just register at Betfury and BC, after reaching some level you can win Shiba from daily spins. We all know how meme coins got their popularity, for many of us that were a surprise. But here they are, still popular and with lower prices, meme coins are spreading their influence. I guess they are here to stay, and as long as people are using them various casinos will continue to accept them for gambling.
Casino tokens are used for investment purposes, investors keep buying these tokens and get passive income before now I am not sure if it is still option. Meme coins are cheap and fast unlike BTC transactions that take up to 1 hours for first confirmation and higher transaction fee. Undoubtedly casinos and bookies will not get rid of meme coins even if prices goes near zero in case of market fatal crash since gamblers are used to it for daily gambling. I still convert BTC to trx and gamble faster and cheaper commissions.

In such manner, a gambling site will not remove those meme coins as they can get numbers of deposits using those coins and players will continue to use those coins as the main capital to play games. Maybe yes, those coins will lose its value and they might be in doomed, but as long as exchange still using it or I mean exchange still doing the trade, then there's still value and it is still convertible for those gamblers who still using it.
