For the moment, Roobet is one of the only sites that you need to fill in some personal information when your register. But in the end, a lot of casinos require KYC when you want to withdraw some money (even small amounts). I have needed to complete a full KYC to withdraw 0.01 BTC.
Many casinos now are requiring their players to comply on their KYC verification. But there are still casinos out there where you can gamble without worrying about KYC especially if you're just an average gambler. However, always keep in mind the possibility to abide in this requirement since it's quite common now.

Crypto casino is transitioning to a regulated platform.  It somehow affects many users but we must accept the fact that the government wanted its authority implemented if a casino is to do a service in their jurisdiction.

What casino is asking you for full KYC to be able to withdraw? Because in Roobet, you can already withdraw even you're in level 1.

I haven't encountered a casino that asked me for a full KYC verification yet, most are only KYC lvl 1.  Maybe if we hit millions of dollars, that will be the time they will require us for full KYC.   Most of the instances where a Casino asked for a higher level of KYC is to prove that the account owner doesn't multi-account to cheat or abuse their promotions.  But there is still a casino that allows withdrawal even if an account had not undergone KYC verification of any level.  But the maximum amount of withdrawal is limited.

with so many cheaters I've seen on the internet I'm starting to think that all casinos should ask for KYC level 1 at least for all customers when creating accounts, that would put an end to cheating and we wouldn't see so many people complaining that they are being accused of having too many accounts, because these people would have done KYC level 1 and the casino would have to ask them for their phone number and that would solve many problems that create headaches for people, I'm wondering why the hell do people want to hide their real name when they play in the casino? why do they put false data when creating casino accounts? what's the point in that? because in the real world when playing in the physical casino or any lottery the person puts real data and in my country for example when the person wins a lot of money they even show the face of the winner, Roobet.com is right to implement these KYC measures. but for new and unknown casinos I don't do KYC level 2 or 3 but I always provide my true data

True, KYC is to prevent bonus and promotional exploits.  With KYC, players can't easily cheat the system.  Since their name and location is recorded, any account the same name and location will automatically tag as multi-accounting and possibly suspended even before they do their plan of exploits.
