It is one of the alternatives in failure as well as success in football.  Of course, every team wants to be successful, but when they fail, it is not right for the coach to be fired from the team.  Maybe that coach is not given enough chances?  With a little more patience, they can have a better season.  Look, before us is the example of Mikel Arteta in the Premier League.  He's made a great team this year and they're playing flawlessly.  They are currently leading the league in front of Manchester City.  Serie A also needs a little more patience, I think.
Thats very true, coaches are the first scapegoat for any team, mostly because many coaches are paid less than most players and that means firing the coach would be an easy task, and it would give the team a chance to reset very easily. You can't just sack one player and hope all the rest be better, it won't work, but if you end up sacking the manager and get a new one than it could end up working because it's like a reset button.

I believe most of the managers need to be considered for longer term, so that they would have the time to make their vision come true, and just a few bad games shouldn't make them lose their jobs right away, doesn't make sense.
