Yes its already happening, but do you think this will work out? Considering phones' resources while running such a blockchain.
Phones are much cheaper comparing to Laptop and Personal Computers so i guess the world is going to Phone resources now and sooner, also I believe that if there is something we must consider to be the next hype then this is what like this will bring.
and in digital world the handy is the better .
