Probably an attempt to dull mind of their customer victim. But on a side note, i can't believe they have 172K follower. Although it's likely they buy fake follower since the engagement number (like, reply, etc.) is very low.
Yobit is one of the early exchanges, I think they started somewhere in 2014. after 8+ years, it is to be expected that they have a large number of followers, especially if we know that they had several campaigns where the following was one of the conditions.
The importance of their Twitter account and how realistic that audience is is best shown by the fact that despite having 170k followers, they only have 15-20 retweets. they seem to be completely irrelevant like 90% of their followers.
