Considering Putin is now in charge of the price of everything in Europe and beyond, mainly energy, the cost of food etc and the reason for everything that is happening (according to our politicians), in effect making any elected government now redundant and unnecessary I'd say he's probably going to be the one in charge of who is allowed to use Bitcoin anywhere soon.
