The features on the main page are definitely a priority to work on then additional features such as VIP page.
The soon feature is killing me whenever Im visiting the website and check my notifications for a possible announcement. I hope admin can create a timeline on the possible release for each feature so that players will have something to look forward while playing on the casino.

There are still unfinished updates that they have to fix on the site. The last update I think isn't polished yet since there are still other features that are inaccessible. It's just hard to be updated all the time if you aren't often opening the chatbox because the admin usually posts the announcements there.
They will definitely ask you to comply with the KYC upon withdrawal and as long as you didn't violate anything or have complied with the requirements, you will still be able to get your withdrawal funds. I don't think KYC is a reason enough for you to close your account especially if you have won a good amount.
