I was listening to a YouTube video by a famous business man and he was saying that he prefers to hire employees who are smarter than him. Do you agree with this style of working? What are the possible intentions behind doing this? Isn't their fear that these smart employees can steal ideas from office or get client details and then start their own companies? What is your view regarding this?
Yes, that may happen, but starting their own companies is not an easy matter. They need thousands of dollars and enough capital to do so. But I do not agree that this famous businessman did the right thing in his desire to hire employees smarter than him. This is not logical. Rather, it is more correct to search for employees who have emotional intelligence through which they can understand the feelings of others and find the languages of communication with their colleagues and with the business owner and adapt to changes, as he will be able to solve conflicts and problems that he will face with customers. The owner of the project needs trustworthy employees as well, so the characteristic of honesty is an important characteristic of an employee, as honesty is what makes him adhere to work schedules.
