ETH only recovers when bitcoin recovers and I also believe that eth is the best investment besides bitcoin. ETH is currently being dumped on the market by FTX hackers. Obviously, this is a good opportunity to buy ETH, and I believe it won't get a second chance.

Just like your statement, I also plan to buy some more eth in this current situation.  Because eth is an investment instrument both long term and short term.  So why have doubts about this coin?
I recommend focusing on the long term instead of the short term, ETH like bitcoin is suitable for the long term and always grows well in the long term. You should buy now instead of planning, if you are waiting for a lower then beware as we may be at the bottom and the price could bounce at any moment. Just looking at the ATH we can see that this price is too cheap to buy.
