I tested a same wallet type and still can't reproduce the issue.
Have you reinstalled Electrum as suggested?
If so and the issue persists, follow Abdussamad's suggestion to post a new issue.
Also, getting the logs will help a lot in solving it, to enable logging, tick the setting "
Tools->Preferences->Misc->Write logs to file".
Restart Electrum and reproduce the issue; disable logging before closing Electrum.
The logs can be found in "
logs" folder inside Electrum's datadir (
location).
