There are some signs that coinplay is connected with 1xbit as posted by GamblingBro.
One more sign to add is that if you check the testcoupon page, they are the same. Is it possible for different sites having the same coupon/betslip check page?




As we all can see, both are using the same betID as example.
Maybe if there is someone is willing to try, he/she can place a bet in coinplay and check the bet in the 1xbit coupon/betslip check page or vice versa.
If it is working, I would say that they are connected because I dont think that we can check a betslip of a site in other sites.
Of course I can be wrong about this thing, just stating my opinion.
