They don't need to care which club they play against in the next round, they just need to prepare as well as possible for the match. Because if they are too focused and think about which club will be their opponent it will interfere with their preparation. Whichever club they are against, I think it's the same, they must consider all clubs strong so that they don't underestimate their potential opponents.
Mikel Arteta has very well formed a solid squad with Arsenal, although we know it will be a very long process for him to get the squad we are seeing today. They are not without obstacles, the criticism that has rained down on them in recent times is also very scathing. But they can be able to prove themselves from the criticism they get so far.
It's true that the Europa League is now very different because there are some big clubs here which will make the competition more difficult for sure.

We agree with what you say, Arteta doesn't care who they play in the Europa League. and before the Europa League match was rolled back. Arteta's attention and focus will be more on the domestic league competition, they are only five points away from Manchester City. automatically, Arteta will better prepare his troops to face the Premier League. the reason is, Arsenal have pretty tough matches.

Arsenal will meet quite troublesome opponents, after the league restarts. Arsenal will meet Newcastle, whose performance this season has been very impressive, the game vs Tottenham away, and the game against Manchester United.
if Arsenal slips, then Manchester City can win the top of the premier league standings. but if Arsenal appear consistent, then Arteta has more attention to preparing his team to face their matches in the Europa League.
