I have no idea about their intentions to try to raise funds in future but having said all that, I think it would be still be in the interest of both parties if this matter was brought to a conclusion which would allow you to receive your funds after all these years. If it was to mean an NDA between yourself and Rock Trading that would be a good conclusion.
It was the Rock CFO that announced publicly the second round of crowdfunding, now "open for all" as he said (in Italian) here

They were the main financiers of the conference. Which makes sense as a mean to promote their second round of scam.
The Rock CFO never denied this intention to do a second round of crowdfunding.
This page was recently removed. I wonder the reason. Did the Rock CFO suddenly got cold feets because of the posts from me and a few more members about his second round? If it was the case, he just gave up an opportunity to scam another 1 or 2 million because of the scam against me.
This scam is criminally very danger but in this case is also becoming very costly for him.
