The opinion depends on do you like him or not 
As for me, i don`t follow Roshtein and can`t say anything about him but i know that some streamers use real money for their streams and even if they lose, they get much more - some of them have contracts with casinos, so it is possible that they don`t want to stream for free if the casino stopped payments.

Same here. Don't watch him, don't follow him. I know who he is though. Probably everybody who had anything to do with gambling streams does because he's very popular there, but if you don't watch streams at all you won't ever get to see this guy. Gambling streaming is still a niche within the streaming community, which itself is a niche in the social media.
I agree with the video and think he's not doing it with his own money, but does it make him fake? The plays are real, you can see him winning or losing for real, just not his own money, or not 100% his money. He can agree to bet x amount of money in a contract and if he loses the casino covers loss up to a certain point.
