There's one thing I will like you to correct from the way many handles theirs when dealing with the support system, most casinos normally place gamblers on bot response when gamblers needed them most to help resolve their challenges, this is common to most casinos and what i perceived probably was because of the shortage in the numbers of customer care service representative they fail to employ, but if your other contacts means such as email and number could be effective and reachable i think it will still go a better way.
