For small amounts, I could recommend a few exchanges (FixedFloat, CoinPlaza, and more). For large amounts, I wouldn't dare trust any of them without splitting it up into many small transactions.
FixedFloat has KYC. And even worse. They block client's money if a client refuses to pass KYC. They just don't KYC / AML policy on their website but they do it. Check their reviews:

They block money and Bestchange's admin closes disputes and makes them gray instead of red without getting resolved. So FixedFloat keeps people's money and disputes are closed.
