My qualms with the redesign of the naira is not even about the security purpose but how does this redesign help the economy?

From wetin I read online from the office of the CBN, the money in circulation deh below half of wetin e supposed be self. Politicians them pack money keep for house, waiting for the election next year. And that is why banks go tell customers to wait for cash when you want to make heavy withdrawal say cash never deh. We deh think say no scope but na true. Now enough cash don enter circulation.
