I will not plan with winning money from gambling. I mean the money that is not in my hands yet. if it's just a plan to win, I guess it's too risky to bet. I would think, your friend is too brave to plot something he doesn't already have in hand.
if your friend makes certain promises to you, it's better to be careful. I wouldn't be so sure about someone like that.
