I need clarification about your job quitting fact. Also, you did not trade bitcoin. You just invested and waited for the price to go up. I don't see any inspiration here for quitting the job, though bitcoin or crypto changed the lives of many of us but not in your way.
Many here say that you came into bitcoin because you saw profitability, not decentralization or anything, but most people came for that profit, not knowing everything. It takes time to learn about other things about crypto.
I see nothing wrong with the OP leaving his old job in search of a better opportunity and I believe many will do the same.
If bitcoin can bring me a decent amount of money, I will quit my old job and find myself a better new one. I will use the profits earned from bitcoin to open a business or maybe look for other investment channels to diversify my portfolio and increase my income.
Your plan is good in getting profits from bitcoin and starting a business, but leaving a job in this kind of situation, where there are still a lot of jobless people today and they are still finding work since the economy still hasn't fully recovered yet, is difficult. It is really best this time to just think twice about leaving a job. What I suggest is that if you really want to leave your job, first try to earn that profit coming from bitcoin to start a business or find another job before sending your resignation, just to be safe.
