It is likely that you are still in the development phase, so you can publish the topic in detail in the "Project and Development" section before thinking about publishing the official announcement.
"Project Development" board shouldn't be used for altcoins/tokens announcements. As you can see in the homepage of the forum, "Project Development" is under "bitcoin" section and you should post bitcoin related topics there.
OP should make his/her topic in "Alternate cryptocurrencies" section.
