What about the winners from the "negative" category like Fail of the Year or Antihero? they will be nominated because of something bad they did, can they get rewards for something that most users have condemned as wrong?
Antihero seem fine. We are having a forum user but Fail of the Year, Event of the Year are two categories not for forum users. It's more likely a global event related to bitcoin or even not related to bitcoin. How would we decide who to get the prize for the two categories.
Not to mention again as I always like to discuss, Miss Bitcointalk is a category we don't even know who is what (I even got some nomination, same for yahoo too lol) and SpamBuster is a category where we have no numbers (I received a PM from Cyrus about it by the way, he said he will see what he can do). In fact even numbers are not enough. Someone can report 100 posts but moderator who is handling it may find he is a poor reporter on the other hand, someone reported 10 reports but he will be found a quality reporter. It's complete something to be evaluated by the people who handle reports not by the regular forum members.
