in bitcoin payments are not even relayed unless they are proven to be backed by a OTXO.. same cant be said for LN

the backing of the msats moving around may not resemble a 1:100 sat conversion..

when you see a msat inbound balance from a partner.. what you get when you settle may not be a sat1:1000msat rate

but hey. if you just want to ignore all that and just talk about rounding.. then you are not observing things
