I never hold any bitcoin or something else but I love it from the very onset I began to know about it which I picked interest upon myself to evangelize to the world.
It doesn't seem appropriate to be preaching to others about the benefits of using bitcoin when you aren't taking advantage of those features yourself. Bitcoin should also not be forced upon people. It should be something you voluntarily transition to because you like the freedoms it offers compared with the banking world. If you notice a lack of interest, stop because it's not the right crowd. Demands, requests, and requirements are things that governments and traditional financial institutions do. We don't need that in Bitcoin as well.
Personally, I don't want to be taught by someone who has no experience with the topics they are trying to discuss. If you don't use it yourself or you don't have enough belief or knowledge about the ecosystem, you wouldn't be my first choice when it comes to education.
You're into Bitcoin right?, You know the benefits you've enjoyed since you started your crypto journey. You could start by telling them that.
