Plagiarism and spam both can be easily solved by just reporting it to the moderators. So I still think the spam buster category mostly for to the mods to evaluate. If FTX wins fail of the year, the money should be donated to legitimate victims or something, as I know three users from my local thread who were affected by the FXT drama,
