but, i heard research by Alvin Cox, JEDEC, that SSD drive is not safer to keep your data and will be lost in a couple of months if not turned on because SSD frive have limited life where different like HDD in general. so dwyor

Here's additional explanation about research slide by JEDEC, https://www.pcworld.com/article/427602/debunked-your-ssd-wont-lose-data-if-left-unplugged-after-all.html. In short, the data will be lost quickly after the SSD reached end of life which usually take really long time.

Just do an ssd, they are super cheap nowadays. so yeah, "3" or "4" FTW... Grin

HDD isn't that bad, i still use a HDD to run few full node software. Besides, 1TB SSD could be relative expensive on country with high import duty tax or low minimum monthly wage.
