Well for starters, the operator doesnt have any fault if her brother has a gambling addiction. Of course that if the operator could help her by not allowing her brother to get in, but its his job afterall, so he needs to ignore as this is part of his job. on the other hand, if herbrother is having this problem, they should find otherstrategies to try and help him.
It is always illegal and unacceptable to allow underage kids to gamble in a casino so the operator has a huge responsibility in this case. They should pay accountable for the child's gambling addiction situation. In our country, there's a law protecting kids and this will enter child abuse. It is also the parent's prerogative file a case against the casino and seek professional help for their child's psychological treatment. They should have corrected their child right from the beginning.
