Well, if it is...... then nothing is happening with the token, because there are absolutely zero transactions.
They are still offering Bitcoin (BTC) deposits, so they did not abandon Crypto currency deposits. See below :

The Chips token is not movable. Unlike some other casino tokens, Chips tokens are only for use on the site. They are not listed anywhere, there's no wallet for Chips tokens... Chips tokens can be earned from playing games and staked on the site. It's why there are zero transactions.
They had daily payouts, but without any announcements, they changed that to 3 months period payouts. Before that, they had some shady moves, and some of us experienced a strange situation, we got our staked tokens unstaked because of inactivity! Again, without any announcements, they changed some rules. Something like that never happened in other casinos with a dividend system.
