That is true as OmegaStarScream has already posted about it, but you should know that the transaction would be replaced with a new one into another address that belong to you with a higher fee, it also also a replace-by-fee transaction just like to pump a transaction with a higher fee.

To do that, you can use wallet like Electrum.
